This is the longest patrinomial line in this database, stretching back from the present day to William ALINGTON, whom I estimate was borne around 1360.

The ALINGTONs are connected through marriage to the BOOTHs.  My GGGrandmother was a Booth.  It is interesting to me that my father’s generation maintained connections with such distant relatives.
